Cox Premier Properties is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Metrotex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Our experienced staff is fully trained in Fair Housing, Texas Property Code guidelines, and regulations.     Since 1997, Melissa has been a transformative figure in the multi-family industry, quickly earning a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by 2000 for her exceptional skill and dedication. Her expertise extends across managing new constructions and leading high-stakes asset mergers, notably with Berkshire Hathaway and Fairfield Properties. In 2003, recognizing a gap in quality property management, Melissa obtained her real estate license, eventually founding Cox Premier Properties in 2006 after joining Coldwell Banker. Her leadership has steered the firm to be a beacon of integrity and excellence in service.
