Pleas review our rental criteria before downloading application.  Please print this page and the rental application, fill them out completely and fax them to  1-866-313-0571.  Please note that we will not process any application until all application fees are received in our office.

To qualify for one of our rental properties, each applicant over 18 must fill out the TAR-2003 Rental Application.

Please submit $40.00 per application.  Funds may be paid online at www.coxpremier.com.  Application fees are non refundable.  ]

The screening will include but not be limited to:

• Credit history
• Residential history
• Employment history
• Criminal background search

All applicants must:

• Submit current Photo ID.
• Must make at least three times the monthly rent and verify income by providing paystubs, W-2´s or bank statements.

Rental History:

• If any applicant owes another landlord money, applicant will be automatically denied unless applicant satisfies his prior debt with landlord and provides proof of payment and a letter from previous landlord stating account has been satisfied.

Criminal Background Check

• Residency may also be denied due to criminal history.
• Residency may also be denied if application is falsified.
